Put a shopping centre that won a NRW Year Award in 1996 but hasn’t been adjusted since back on the map: that's what we did at 't Loo. Restyling, branch mix, experience and marketing & communication were all part of the special positioning process.
Instead of increasing the value and expanding the location, the focus here was on value preservation of the property without expanding the existing shopping center. In our concept, we created a high quality shopping environment for the villagers, with just that bit more for new and existing audiences.
From the key words stylish, versatile, meeting and enjoying we made a comprehensive translation. The storefronts were renewed, advertising lining was changed and a new lighting plan with ornaments that provides ambient lighting was set up. Marketing was re-established, a new logo was designed, a new website and an overall fresher look: all to optimally address the current consumer profile. The grand opening we organised on 7 November 2015 was the icing on the cake!
